7 Day Replacement Policy
Before accepting shipment, kindly ensure that the product's packaging is not damaged or tampered. If you observe that the package is damaged or tampered, we request you to refuse to accept delivery and inform our Customr Care along with the order details.
In case you have received a damaged / defective item, please contact us with your replacement request within 7 days from the date of delivery of the product
You are requested to ship your damaged, defective or wrong product back to us with the original packing and invoice and get a replacement within 10 days of delivery at no extra cost.
If we do not hear back from you within 7 days of product delivery, we would assume that you are satisfied with the product quality and do not intend to return it.
If the product you return is out of stock for exchange, you will receive a full refund, no questions asked.
We will be glad to help in the replacement of product, subject to fulfillment of following conditions
Damages due to misuse of product are not covered under the policy.
Tampered products with missing bar codes are also not covered under the policy.
Products should be returned in the actual condition you received it with all its original packaging, accessories and invoice.
To avoid further damage of products during transit, you are requested to properly package the product before return.
The Customer cannot exchange or return any goods purchased which are sale items or which were purchased at a discounted price.
The amount refunded will be the price paid when purchasing the garment.
Any custom made products cannot be returned or refunded
International orders may be returned using any method of your choice, at your expense. We recommend using a traceable and insured service
Refunds for international customers will occur once the goods are received.
It is a legal requirement that FW declare the full value of goods (not including shipping charges) on all packages delivered outside of India. Shipments may be subject to import duties and taxes which are levied once a shipment reaches your country
It is a criminal offence to falsify the details on this form. We cannot inaccurately describe the contents, claim a lower value or mark as a gift. Please do not ask us to do any of the above
Any additional charges or fees for customs clearance must be covered by you. Unfortunately we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. We are unable to reimburse any costs incurred regardless of the circumstances
Please make sure you return the goods in the same condition you received them in. We are happy and willing to accept all products returned, however, if they arrive in a poor condition we might have to send them back to you
The goods are your responsibility until they reach our warehouse, so please make sure they are packed securely so they do not get damaged. Please also ensure you send the goods with a tracking number, otherwise we will not take responsibility if the goods never arrive to us.
Returns or Exchange parcels are paid for at the customers own expense.
